“Didn’t stay ”

“AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls.”

“L'hotel è situato in una zona pessima, piena di sporcizia e personaggi loschi che popolano i marciapiedi. La struttura non si presenta come in foto. La stanza nello specifico si presenta con arredamenti vecchi ed usurati, pavimento appiccicoso, bagno osceno con la tavoletta consumata, muri con intonaco staccato e la tendina da doccia sporca. L'ambiente odora fortemente di prodotti igienizzanti. La notte non ci si può ritirare solo con un uber/taxi data la zona e quello che si risparmia...

“I did not use the gym but last time there it seemed pretty nice. The business center is severly lacking but with todays use of laptops and tablets I can see why. But I wanted to print out a boarding pass for my upcoming flight and coudn't.”

“My stay was an absolute nightmare and I’m not normally one to give a bad review, but dishonest reviews is how I booked this place. I wish I could give zero stars on cleanliness because the sheets and towels were literally brown. I was also given a smoking room with a bad smell, the last straw was a random stranger coming to knock on my door at 10pm asking if a had a condom, as a woman alone in that room, I did not feel safe at all so I packed my things immediately and when I was about leaving,...
